The last time this old girl ran, she ran in the 7s. This badass 1990 Ford Tempo racecar is one-of-a-kind and seeing is believing! Anyone that knew the owner, Bob Fogelsong, knew that his motto was “do it right the first time or don’t do it at all.” This racecar is no exception. No expense was spared at the time of the build and meticulous attention to detail is obvious. It was specifically built to eat and kill the “heartbeat of America.”

The engine work was done by Animal Jim in Lachon, IL. Last certification on the chassis was 2007. Documentation on all engine work is available upon request. Although not documented, the current owner believes that there were only three runs on the engine from last tear down.

Engine specs are as follows:
1997 engine #511-1-2 Ford SVO Wedge,
A-460-SVO heads
Littlefield 1471 blower
Milodon cam .761 for intake and .761 for exhaust
Velasco Ford Billet crankshaft
Arias blown pistons

The car will be sold for $50,000 without the trailer and $60,000 with the trailer. A spare transmission goes with the car at the time of sale, along with other racecar parts (e.g., extra set of rear wheels and tires). This trailer is a Rolling Garage
The trailer sits under a lien to on cement.

This is a Drag Car. This car you would probably run Nostalgic today.
We ran at Milan Dragway, Summit Motorsport Speedway (back when it was Norwalk Raceway Park) Bristol International Speedway, Mid-Michigan Motorplex, U.S. 131 Dragway, National Trails Raceway, & Maple Grove Dragway. These are just some of the Track.
This has been properly winterized. My father died in 2010 and it hasn't been started since. I would like to sell the trailer and car as a package deal. I would sell it as is.
