Car is slippery. During my B license run (not to exceed 199mph) I accidentally overran to 205 mph. No problem. Let up on gas. Nothing happened. Car keeps going at 205 mph. Touched brake. Not much happens at 200 mph. Finally got the car slowed down and made B license.
It’s not much of an exaggeration to to say 200 mph is a little more than a fast idle. Not much more. Having been over 200 mph multiple times I can say it doesn’t want to slow down.
Current Stroud fire bottles and seat belts. 2 DJ parachutes
Trailer is 27 ft Interstate.
Many spares. Crower fuel injection; Brazwell carb. MSD crank ignition; single plane BBC intake manifold. Many more things.
Selling entire setup. Just turned 86 years old and have trouble walking. Time to pass everything on.
But I’ll sure miss you guys and the fun we had at Bonneville and El Mirage
