1963 Dodge Polara 500 Super Stocker
Owned, built and raced by a Midwest drag racing legend who passed away in 2018. Car was then retired from NSS (Nostalgia Super Stock) racing.
MANY videos of the car making passes in the Midwest (mostly Gateway in St. Louis).
Consistant 11.50's car @115mph

BODY:
Car is NOT CUT UP!
All steel minus hood scoop.
These is some old Bondo on lower front fenders and old flaking paint/patina from being a race car the majority of its life but looks perfect the way it is.
All glass is real and original.
INTERIOR:
Stock dash, stock wiring, stock steering column, original seats and door panels.
Carpet is new OEM. Original brake and gas pedals.
Original ammeter works. Aftermarket triple gauges, Autometer tach and Autometer fuel pressure gauge.
Aftermarket fuel gauge.
ALL LIGHTS, HI/LO, TAIL, BRAKE, TURN SIGNALS WORK.
Charging system works great!

15 gallon aluminum fuel cell with sending unit.

The car is fun and consistant.
YES, I suppose it could be made into a "pro street" car with DOT tires and exhaust. All lights work for inspection.
Slicks and safety harnesses are 2018 so to be competitive they would need updated.

This car has been a drag race car since the 1980's. It started out life at the Dodge production plant in Detroit Michigan according to the VIN.
I have a clear Wisconsin title, signed and open. Has not been street driven or registered in decades.
