Later I'll re-treat it with GIBBS Oil.

This is a pair of magnesium American 12-spoke spindle mounts in excellent condition.
They have been stored wrapped up for some long time after being treated with GIBBS OIL, which is some amazing stuff to stop corrosion. One has a tire presently mounted on it, which will be removed, and doesn't come with the wheels.
You probably won't find a set of these in such good shape.
