Blueprinted 1500+ Horsepower capable Rollerized Turbo 400 and a Coan 1+2 Transbrake. Rossler interals.
Has a Very nice Rossler 36 element sprag Direct Drum, Rossler 300M Main shaft and a Rossler Forward drum with their 300M shaft.
Its a 6-7-5 Clutch setup. HD Straight Cut Planetary Gears. 2.48, 1.48, 1 to 1 in a NEW SFI case. I set it up for a
dump valve (no front stator bushing) and smaller convertor restrictor installed (.110). Comes with a new single stage Dump valve assy.
It was machined by me to fit 5 more RollerBearings in this unit. Not just the factory 3. YES, 8 Rollerbearings.
Comes with a Deep Thick Aluminum pan and Stainless steel ATI high flow filter. Comes with a new ATI Overflow catch can too.

The Output assembly is a HD factory Straight Cut gears assembly that are in Excellent condition.
The output shaft is the good solid one. You can use the Long or short driveshaft yoke with it.
There is a Rossler 300M heat treated main shaft installed in the output assembly. Super Strong.
The NEW HD Tailhousing with new Seal and Bushing.
The case, pump and centersupport passages were ported for better fluid flow.
The pump was fitted with a new hardened stator support shaft. Pump surfaces were machined true to the new shaft.
The pump has a a nice GM hardened set of pump gears and is clearanced at .0015.
New Teflon coated pump bushing and new GM front oil seal. The rear tail seal is a National brand.
New high pressure pump spring was put in for 1500 HP and great hold. Should produce +-210 psi.
The back of the pump has a rollerbearing installed, lower stater bushing and Teflon 0il seals.
The Billet steel input hub has a bearing to the direct drum installed and clearance proper endplay.
There is another large rollerbearing behind the direct drum to the centersupport. This takes the friction load off the
back half of the spinning planataries in the back and controls it at the centersupport. Frees up horsepower.
Won't effect rear endplay at all. Takes the load off the back half of the transmission. Great trick.
The reaction carrier was lightened and machined for a large rollerbearing between it and the output carrier.
Then the new SFI Case comes with its own rollerbearing in the back. That's 8 total bearings inside this unit.
All bearings and gears are pre-lubed before assembly with TCI Transmission Fluid.
New BW Low roller clutch in the reaction carrier and a New TCI Kevlar rear band.
The Center support has a new bushing installed. And its port matched to the case for quicker
direct clutch release. It was machined and fitted with a ATI bronze stablizer bushing to keep the Direct
drum from any wobbling. So between the bushing and bearing, It WILL spin TRUE.
Coan HD rear accumulator return spring installed for a Quick release Transbrake operation.
Both clutch drum pistons are aluminum (not the stamped steel ones) and machined flat for better clutch
apply and to set clearances. The Centersupport has a new Billet aluminum one in it too.
All the sealing rings are Teflon. All new clutch lip seals, gaskets, o-rings and seals.
Direct drum is a Rossler 36 Element sprag aluminum drum. Very nice and Tight.
I use Raybestos Red radial grooved clutches with 7 clutches and steels in the direct.
I added a new Billet Steel Pressure plate instead of the cast iron one.
The direct drum has a .062 hole drilled for transbrake and has the transbrake Springs installed.
The 7 direct clutch pack clearance is set for a Transbrake using my 30 years of experience.
The forward drum is a Rossler 300M shaft assy and has been machined for the larger shaft splines.
It has 6 HP Clutches, It has a new HD Billet Steel input hub installed.
5 clutch Intermediate clutch pack (2nd gear) and a Billet steel intermediate pressure plate.
The int. clutch pack is held in place with a HD .106 thick intermediate clutch pressure plate snap
ring. Clearances are set for reaction carrier, direct drum to centersupport, and front and rear endplays
specifically for rollerbearings that I have learned over the years of what works Best.
The TCI kevlar band to reaction carrier clearance is checked and set. Its how well it grabs the carrier.
Gears were pre-lubed before assembly and the clutches and band were soaked 2 days. (not 30 mins).
Clutch packs were air checked for assembly and operation. The Kevlar rear band was also air
checked for operation. All bolts have been torqued to specs.
New Coan 1+2 Reverse pattern Aluminum Pro-Tree Transbrake valvebody installed. New Solenoid included.
ATI Stainless steel screen high flow filter with factory deep pan pickup tube with 2 o-rings installed.
TSI deep thick aluminum pan installed. 5/16, 3/8 hard line or 6an steel line fittings. You choose.
