Hilborn Old School Stack Mechanical Fuel Injection System. Turnkey setup complete with EVERYTHING.
Includes the big 3" tube size injection intake manifold, 6" Flared Stacks, Pump, Pulleys, Belts, Fuel inlet and return lines, Gas and Alky Jets, Bypass Pills, Alky Digger Surge Take with Internal Floats and Shut off System. SYSTEM has been completely tuned up by the HILBORN Plant in Aliso Viejo, CA with new fuel lines, Pump rebuild and test run on their system before returning to me. System was then installed on my 540' HEMI motor (as shown in picture) and run on dyno making about 900HP on gas with mild timing tune. Very rare setup with the big 3" inlets as most of these available systems (if available) only have the 2 3/4 inlets. This setup is ready to bolt on to your 426" Gen II HEMI with no issues. The Alky Digger Surge Tank System receives fuel from your trunk mounted fuel cell and regular fuel pump. When the Surge Tank is full the float in the Surge Tank sends an electrical signal back to your trunk mounted regular fuel pump to shut down. I also have the ORIGINAL 1965 8 Page Book supplied by Hilborn to the Chrysler Engineers that outlines the complete install and tuning setups for gas, methanol and nitromethane mix.
