im here just to let everyone know that i have the seat. its going to cost me 90$ to ship it. i dont have the money to ship it at this time. i have been trying but no luck. heres an example for you. i worked fri, sat, and sun. i made 8 $. if you think u can ship a damn seat for 8 damn bucks your wrong. so as soon as i get enough money i will ship this seat.

Sorry if you are on hard times but if you did recieve the $200 for the seat you are a scammer. $90 of that should have been used for shipping. Why should he have to wait? He gave you the shipping money already you used it somewhere else.

I'm afraid I will have to agree . youve had the mans money for a little over 30 days , you could have shipped already with some of that money , ..shipping should have been covered before offering for sale , $90.00??? I have shipped 50 lb. blowers across the country for $40.00 ...shop around for a cheaper way....any way is better than none...JMO

I don't see $90.00 and i will tell you why. I sent ''Spib'' a complete rear brake setup Drums,backing plates,shoe's etc from Virginia to Washington state, and it was about 1/2 of that price. Of course the dealer i work for paid for it. I shipped from here at work :!: { smart thinking huh }

whatever you are doing that you work 3 days and make $8.00 . you need to change professions cause doesn't look like you are doing this one very well..not being mean , just doesnt add up that somebody sends you $200 bucks and you don't have the money to ship HIS seat to him..

Fact is if you recieved $200 for the seat including shipping, you scammed him. You recieved $110 for the seat that was yours to do with what you want.What gives you the right to not ship the seat with HIS $90 if thats what it cost. The is NO EXCUSE that is BS. BTW guys there is a oversize charge for shipping the seat. Jegs and Summit charges an additional $9.99 + the normal shipping fee. lol

HOWEVER, I don't care what the charge is. When you sell something YOU ARE OBLIGATED TO GET THE PARTS DELIVERED IN A TIMELY MANNER unless other arrangements are made BEFORE THE DEAL.

I meant suspend their adverts and the right to post new ones pending the outcome. This particular guy got 2-3 more ads on his account, and if your new or dont go on the forums, which I didnt even know existed until about 2 months ago, then you got a good chance of getting scammed even more.

I just seems a bit reckless of RJ to not have something like this in effect, so why wouldnt someone resort to other sites like Ebay?

Yes, and if RJ did more to prohibit and prevent the scammers from successfully scamming someone, they would drive the scammers away from RJ. I could care less what goes on on other sites, but since Im on RJ I would like to see them actively go after scammers a bit more. If someone knew they had less of a chance of getting away with a scam, they would steer clear from RJ. I have seen people in my are avoid certain roads cause they knew that the police more actively enforced for speeders, so why would the same principle not work here?

I mean RJ has the time to go into my albums and delete pictures when some fag reports it, why should they not freeze and remove peoples ads who are suspected of scamming?

It just seems a bit stupid to me, but hey what do I know..

Has anyone asked Admin if they would consider letting a couple of you most dedicated, most trusted, scammer sharks become "moderators" with authority powers to monitor and edit accounts such as you describe?

We had a local forum here that the owner could not monitor full time, so he empowered two trusted members as moderators to cover for him while he was away and not able to keep eye on things. You guys really need to be recognized and apprecitated for your loyalty and hard work here, and allow a couple of you to share joint powers with integrity issues at hand here. I think a quick look at your involvement history would easily tell who is most qualified for the trusted position. Try asking... all they can say is no...? :roll:
