Looks like its set to soft, it spins at the hit, unloads the chassis and spins again 10 ft out.

too loose? kind of what was thinking. do you recomend tighting the rebound or the compression? what about the frontend? thanks mike

could be both, where is the compression set now? however stiffer rebound would help, what setting on front shocks.

compresion= #3 on the knob
rebound= 4 spins on the shaft
front coil overs???? the limiters have 1/2'' of travel
car weighs 2580 with driver. car is a small block car with a glide. 4.86 gear. leaving @ 4400 and shifting at 7000

don,t know how many clicks your shock have, but i would go half on compression, and two over half on rebound, and watch the 60, either taking more hit out, or put more in. maybe me but i like a little more frontend travel than that, i am better able to control for the lack of a better word, snap rotation, in other words the frontend comes up too fast, and the tires brake traction. i would try the shock adjustments first, then look at the frontend thing. good luck been there :)
