our race team currently runs a hard tail 215" dragster with a 377sbc on alcohol with a ruperts carb with 166 jets and is amazingly consistent. With that being said we would like to change our 80 malibu with a 496 bbc to alcohol and need some jet advice. I have a BG 4150 style alcohol carb with the venturi sleeves that make it a 1050 cfm and we are going to try starting with 178 jets. any help would be appreciated.
