It shows him getting snubbed like 3 times when he stuck his hand to shake hands w/ Russian officials at a conference... all the while they shook they shook hands w/ the Russian president each time Obama stuck his hand out!!. It is all over U-Tube... truly embarrassing... you could see the frustration in Obama's face.
