Hmmmm....I'm thinking about grandpa's car from "The Munsters".
All these prices are "new", I bet a guy could get a better price used.

Great marketing model.... think about it. They have got everyone covered from infancy to death. It is the fight for monopolizing a consumers complete consumable lifetime.... kind of a sobering thought really.

Some of the people I have seen at Walmart look like they could kick the bucket at any time so having caskets there may come in handy!

i think its a good idea. funeral homes triple the prices!went to a hotrod rumble in tn. back in sept. a guy had a casket car there and had a extra body(casket) for sales 1500.i figure ill end up in one soon enough so i wont be riding in one thank you but no.

You know, this is a real morbid subject but necessary. Several years ago, the funeral home businesses were required to disclose line by line services.
My wife and I buried her mother earlier this year. There was a charge for every little thing you can think of.
Heaven forbid (no pun intended) your family would need a 200 mile herse trip or 1500 mile flight for a burial. I can't imagine the charges and paper work fees associated with that.
Make sure your family is aware of your wishes. It keeps the decision making a lot easier on the family.

P.S. The most important think is that you know the Lord.
