We got caught when my best friend and I took his mommas 88 Olds with the Quad 4. We went to Saturday school with it and were flying thru the parkinglot at our high school in reverse (redlinin it) and then craming it in drive. It would smoke the heck out of the tires...till his momma got a phone call from the princepal. Needless to say, we served a few more Saturday schools after that.

when I was 16 ,,my MOM had a big old Ford LTD with a 390 engine , it would burn the right rear tire through all 3 gears simply by stomping it to the floor , you didn't have to power brake it or nothing , just stomp it,,funny thing is she kept taking it to the ford place and griping about the front end out of align because we would swap the tire to the front every weekend , she gave them HELL

maniac thats a good one  it reminded me when i was 12 and
my dad would buy cars, fix em and sell them, he brought home
a 62' falcon with jack lifts, 351 windsor, primer gray, it looked
horrible but sounded great, it was a three speed, i would take that
thing out around the block and I DID NOT KNOW HOW TO DRIVE
STANDARD, but i did it and this went on for a month, until my
dad notice reverse was burnt out, and he thought the guy sold
it to him like that, can you imagine a kid driving without plates
and burning rubber, kinda like your mom pissed her tire was
bald, he ha ha heeee   yea and my dad thought the
car had been sitting in the back all this time

Yeah, I didn't learn my lesson untill I had burned up a few sets of tires on my truck and tore thru his mommas tranny. Looking back, I'm surprised she didn't notice the blown head gasket and overheating issues due to a certain couple of kids abusing her Olds. But, live and learn.

Well I got a story to tell.....

It was in 1996 and my stepmother just bought a brand new Dodge 1500 2x4. She let me take it out one night on the weekend and so I was having fun in it. Well I decided to jump a lil concrete ramp. I jumped it both ways. When I jumped it from the top going down the front bumper hit the pavement and scratched up her new license plate frame. A lil bit longer and the oxygen sensor goes haywire. I think that was due to me. To this day she still doesnt know what happened.

My mom had a BMW 528E when I was about 17.

She was in the hospital for a spell and it was just me and the keys at the house,

I just couldn't resist the temptation to give that shiny hotrod a whirl...
All I can say is thank god they have rev limiters, I banged it in ever gear top speed was near the 140mph mark - come to find out them cars do some pretty awesome power slides too, one hand on the E brake and quick yank of the steering wheel had you were side ways in a flash...

One particular power slide landed me up on the curb though, bent the crap out of the right rear rim, only $600 at the dealer, WHOOPS!
To say she was pissed was a understatement.

I made my mom's new Accord hit the rev limiter...whole thing shut down in the middle of the road. Scared the hell outa me. It came back to life with my foot still on the floorboard and took off like a rocket. She hadn't had it but a few days and we took it out to see what it would do. I have alot of respect for those V6 Hondas.
