You posted public information provided by the State for the protection of individuals coming into contact with him. Legally there is nothing he can do if its public records.

And going to Law Enforcement is a good thing because he will have to disclose his usage of this site as a member or actually several and according to your earlier post that appears to be problematic legally if he failed to disclose.

Its also doubly problematic in that there are multiple claims of failure by Littlehotrod to complete agreements through this site that are considered contractual.

Go to law Enforcement Jason. Go now and TELL them everything. I think thats an excellent idea.

well we have been going back and forth with emails. he is pissed cuase his dirty laundry is being aired and anyone could have found it, heck all i did was google him. he says he shipped it and gave me a tracking number but DHL, USPS, FED-EX, AND UPS all say thr tracking number is not valid so i will wait to see if actually supplies one or we go back and forth before i post all the messages he has sent. :roll:

hey man for real..when buying a used computer please have that thing checked really close by a qualified computer person.just a few things that come to my mind as an ex-police officer is what sites could be on the hard-drive (which could cause legal problems,at a minimum you would have to explain a few things.. ) and of course .. SPYWARE ...what a better way for a theif to steal your personal banking records and/or see everything you are doing....we had a local case like this that made the news headlines
i am not singling anyone out....i am making a broad statement to anyone buying a used computer.

Ad#1695860. I search the net for this competion and couldnt find anything about it.Talk with him at least half a dozen times on the phone and emailed at least ten times.I finally decide to trade but then everytime I get the shipping company scheduled to pick it up John cant be reached. Then finally we get something together and I ship my car to him on 11/24/09. The driver lives in my area and we have become pretty good friends.(He looks out for me on trades) When he gets there with my car,and before unloading it, he ask John if he could inspect the T Bucket. John then procedes to tell him that there was water in the oil and he just discovered it the day before 11/23/09.He didnt bother to call or email me about it.My car didnt leave until 11/24/09 6:00 AM. Maybe John was hoping for a drop off and pick up and go.Lucky for me, it didnt work that way

The aerial pics were to imtimidate him my Sharky friend. The only way you could find him through Google earth was the address coordinates. If he moved and changed his email address and even changed his Internet username and phone number, tracking him would have been extremely difficult. You'd need an ad or some other common denominator.

I believe that pic was to intimidate and what sets you apart is that type of thing brings his family into the issue.
