I went to a 950cfm Holley alcohol carb with stock jets (144) which are way off (too rich). Any guildlines on where to start with jet size on BBC making 700 hp.

144s should be pretty close. What makes you say its rich. Do you have an EGT on it. If its loading up and wont warm up it might just be the idle circuts.
