When I bought my car it was a roller, It came with a drive shaft with a Mark Williams yoke. The trans I purchased has a Deadenbear case and tail shaft housing with roller bearing. The yoke is incorrect for the tail shaft, I know it is for stock type glide with bushing. Can I cut it down to fit the roller bearing. They give the correct measurements at the Mark Williams site. If I cut it down to fit, Does it have a harden surface? Don't really want to purchase a new yoke. This one is like new!
This the 1 I have: (Manufactured from high strength Heat treated 4340 steel forgings. 100% machining creates a perfect balanced part.)
Thank Gerald

call mark williams, if it is thru hardened you can turn it down. if it was nitraded( hardened on the outside) it probly wont work, at the least you would have to get it re- hardened. 8)
