Sandoval08 has popped up in here before, same phone number 515-207-0316 by different user ID. Has Dart blown 540 listed, never answered calls but texted. Offered to ship but when I wanted to meet he ghosted me and will not respond. Smells scammy to me. RJ needs a feedback to curtail this behavior
