Kooks' has now added a new product line to their arsenal. Kooks Custom Headers now makes their own Mufflers. Kooks has researched and in their research they have developed a new way of making Mufflers that is truly all their own. Kooks' Quad Mufflers offer a true straight through design with their patented Quad Core insert inside the body of the muffler. This Quad Core design increases exhaust scavenging and allows the exhaust gas to leave the motor without being choked at any point unlike a chambered muffler. Kooks' Mufflers are all made in a 304 Stainless Steel and they are Tig Welded all the way around the Muffler for maximum durability. Kooks' offers the Quad Core Mufflers in two different types; Race and Oval. Kooks' offers their mufflers in a variety of sizes that range from a 2 1/2" inlet to a 2 1/2" outlet all the way up to 5" inlet and a 5" outlet. Along with Kooks Custom Headers patented Quad Core Mufflers, Kooks also offers their Stainless Steel Merge Collector Mufflers. These Collector Mufflers only weigh 6lbs. apiece and range in size from 2" by 3 1/2" all the way up to 2 1/2" by 5." These Collector Mufflers actually made more power on a dyno then a open header.
