Kooks' 1996-2004 Mustang Gt and Cobra headers and exhaust systems are made in a 304 Stainless Steel material. This enables us here at Kooks Custom Headers to offer a life time guarantee that your new 2V/4V headers will never rust or crack. Kooks offers complete exhaust systems, which include our 1 5/8" Long Tube Headers with either our 2 1/2" Catted X-Pipe or our 2 1/2" Off Road X-Pipes. Kooks also offers larger tube diameters if your application is making some serious steam. Kooks' offers a 1 3/4" primary with a 3" collector and a 1 3/4" stepped to a 1 7/8" with a 3" collector, as well as a straight 1 7/8" with a 3 1/2" collector. These headers are for the most serious 2V and 4V applications. Kooks Custom Headers also offes the necessary 3" X-Pipe to work with these larger header applications.
