I have for sale a used set of chrome mouldings/chrome that runs down the side of a 1954 Ford Custom Line. The moulding is in good condition for its age. It does have some imperfections scratches/light pitting few minor dings. But I am pretty hard to please when it comes to stuff like this. I believe with a little time of polishing taping out a ding or two this could be extremely nice. I have taken a couple pictures of the worst areas.
