The Block has been deep cleaned in our hot vats, and then bored .020.
All new freeze plugs are fitted.
The bores have been align checked, and the deck is surfaced ready for final assembly with the heads of your choice.
The crank has been magnafluxed, polished, and balanced.
Bearing clearance is .0021 for the rods, and .0020 for the mains.
