The idea was to replicate DTM M3
Fully build cage from front shock towers to rear shock towers.
This is a great cage copied lots of the design from the actual DTM cage.
Engine is a fully build 2.5 liter producing 235 HP to the rear wheels.
The engine is very relaxed build engine, these motors can go over 300HP to the wheels.
The idea was to have a very reliable motor. Motor has custom pistons and rods, valves and special cams and solid lifters.
Split second engine management system.
Car weight is 2300 pounds (no driver), so it has a very good power to weight ratio 2300/235=9.78
Big Brembo brakes front and rear with Pagid pads. With a light car and these brakes the car stopping power is amazing.
Floor mounted Tilton race pedals with brake bias adjustment, no ABS (like a true race car).
Advanced design 2 way Ground Control coil over front and rear. The rear is a true coil over not inboard spring. The shock tower box has been moved and reinforced to make room for the rear coil over.
Racing front sway bar with suspension bushings upgrades.
Power steering has been removed. (This light of a car does not need one)
Fully build racing differential.
Tilton racing clutch.
Fuel cell at the rear with in tank pump and filter.
Sparco racing seat and detachable steering wheel, and fire system.
Front bumper, Hood, rear trunk and wing replaced with non-metal light weight parts.
Two set of SSR wheels 17x9
The car is set up and handles like it is on rails.
This is very well built rare race car with very low hours.
