This is a custom built all aluminum car hauler with living quarters manufactured
by US Cargo. When built the price was over $60,000.00.
The features include the following: All aluminum construction with the exception
of the hitch assembly (Gooseneck) and axles which are 7,000lb. Dexter Easy Lube.
Dimensions are as follows: 44 feet overall, height= 11’7” including AC units and
Satellite. Interior garage area: 22’ floor space, 8’1” width with 6’ 1” between
the wheel boxes. Height is 7’ 6”. Living quarters: Sleeping area over gooseneck=
96” long tapering to 60” wide at front. Living area is 12’X 11’ including
slide-out. Bath is 4’ X 6’ 8”.
Exterior Finish: White .050 aluminum with anodized trim on lower sides. Full
anodized nose and rear. One piece aluminum roof. LED clearance, 4 stop/turn
lights, four 12v loading lights above ramp, 2 500 watt quartz work lights on
curb side. Hook up light in gooseneck area. 2ea. 18’ A&E 9000 aluminum wrapped
awnings and two external radio speakers.. Polished diamond plate front under
gooseneck with access door to 2 30lb. LP cylinders and 2 new Interstate marine
batteries. The landing gear is Jost bigfoot with two speeds plus an electric
over hydraulic 25,000 lb. center jack.
The garage is equipped with a separate entrance with screen door, roof mounted
heat and air and two fold down bunks each with its own light and window. It is
insulated and lined with .030 white aluminum. It has four upper mounted
wall/ceiling florescent lights in addition to 2 overhead 12v lights. There is a
florescent light above the stainless steel topped workbench. Beneath the work
surface is an aluminum base cabinet in addition to 3 aluminum cabinets mounted
on the front wall. It also includes 2 radio speakers and two fresh air vents.
There is also a pull down screen in the rear which retracts into its own case.
There are 3 full length strips of Airline track and two smaller strips of E
track which allows for almost anything to be secured. The rear of the trailer is
beavertailed, this along with the flip down ramp extension make easy loading.
Interior Features. In the slide out there is a couch which makes into a bed with
three overhead cabinets. A base cabinet with work surface and a nice overhead
cabinet. Two steps up is the sleeping area over the gooseneck. It is 8’ long and
contains a vanity and shirt closet. It is wired for both satellite and
conventional TV reception. It has two large windows with screens, a ceiling vent
and mirrored headboard. The kitchen area has an 8 cubic foot Dometic two door
refrigerator/freezer which operates on either propane or electric. It has a nice
sized stainless steel sink, microwave and two burner cook top along with a
lighted and vented range hood. The separate bath and a sit-down tub/shower
combo, a nice vanity with upper and lower cabinets and a powered roof vent. It
is 4’ X 6’8” with a sliding door to the living area.
Other features: Dual 37 gallon holding tanks, 27 gallon fresh water tank, 30,000
BTU ducted furnace. 6.6 gallon water heater with direct spark ignition. AM/FM/CD
combo with boosted antenna, 4 speakers in living area, two in the garage and two
external.
There is also a 27 gallon fuel station with timer. It is equipped with 50 amp
service and has a nearly new (still under warranty) 7KW Onan generator. There is
also an In Motion satellite system which is currently Direct TV but can be
repined easily for Dish Network reception.
The trailer has never been abused and there are no blemishes on the exterior.
The garage has not been trashed and the rubber coined floor is still like new.
There are no screw holes or missing parts in the garage and there is some E
track on the walls for tie down purposes. The spare tire is original and is
secured in its own rack. There is a tie down holder and a couple of personalized
features like a flag pole holder and a couple of other small things. There is a
compartment for a winch in the garage. I use it to store my jack and some
blocks. There are bogie rollers on the rear of the trailer to prevent dragging.
