Fully Built United Extra Height Enclosed Trailer, perfect for your weekend racer. This is a one of a kind build, no others like it. This trailer comes as pictured, it will maintain all of the accessories seen. It is not empty yet in pictures, but will be in the next week. Everything in the storage compartments and mounted throughout will be removed. It is already equipped with an Advent 15k BTU AC/Heat unit as well as a Generac 5500 generator mounted on the tongue. 40 gallon fresh water tank mounted in generator compartment, water heater and pump plumbed to sink and shower. 15 Gallon grey water tank, and a 13 gallon black waste tank. Tank drain valves are mounted safely below on the drivers side. This unit will come equipped with a full size mattress in the bunk area, with plenty of storage in the cabinets for your clothes. In the bunk area there is a 30”x 22” emergency window installed at the head of the bunk. All accessories shown will be included, paper towel/ glove holder, fire extinguisher, storage nets, strap mount, jack pouch and eye loops mounted throughout for chair and table storage. Tire Rack installed in the back of the unit with carriage bolts in the support beams. The entire bunk area is completely insulated and carpeted top to bottom. The garage area is 17 feet long, with 3 feet 5 inches from the floor to the bottom of the bunk. The bay is 5 feet deep where your cars front end will tuck below the bunk. There is an access door to install the front straps from the living quarters side. This trailer has brand new Good Year tires installed a month ago with a spare. Ready to go unit.
