This is a custom built, class 8, motorhome RV that has a top to bottom renovation. It was built on 1994 Freightliner semi truck chassis that is powered by a N14 Cummins, quite possibly the best Cummins engine ever produced. This 14 Liter, 855 Cu in, 6 cyl turbocharged diesel has the horsepower and torque to haul and pull anything you want and the engine has only 52K miles on it. You can haul motorcycles or other toys inside by using the rear ramp plus pull anything else. The renovation has taken over two years. The improvement list is extensive: New roof covering, powered vents, fridge vents and skylights. The main living area has new shiplap walls and ceiling, and new vinyl plank flooring. New cabinets and overhead storage units are custom made with maple frames. A queen size murphy bed stores out of the way when not in use and toys are parked. The most amazing improvement is getting rid of the noisy, inefficient roof air conditioner and installing a high efficiency Pioneer minisplit that not only cools and heats but is super quiet!! We had been finishing it on 95 degree days on a black asphalt driveway and the inside was a cool, comfortable, and quiet 72 degrees. The Dometic fridge is a gas/electric model that works great. There is a dual bowl stainless sink, 3 burner LP gas stove, microwave and a LP furnace for a second heat option. The interior 12V and 120V lights have been replaced with 12V and 120V LED lighting fixtures. The second sleeping area is located behind the cab and converts into a queen bed with cushions. The bathroom has a stool, sink and bathtub/shower. There are multiple large storage units on both sides of the rig for all your extra stuff. The rear, under pass through storage area is a large 4' x 8'. This powerful Motorhome gets over 10 mpg because you are not overworking an under powered engine as in many RV's. It is recommended that you have experience driving a 10 spd manual shift semi transmission. This 40 foot custom unit would be perfect for the race car , ATV, or motorcycle person who wants the massive torque. The unit has two, 150 gal diesel fuel tanks. The generator is a Generac 3500 watt gas unit. Two, 20 lb LP tanks are located in a storage units underneath, The tires are excellent and the engine oil and filters have been serviced and have less than 300 miles on them. It is ready to go. If it is listed, it is for sale. If you want a reply, please include your name and phone number.
