The drag racing community is in mourning following the tragic death of Nathan “Cali Nate” Schaldach. Cali Nate succumbed to injuries sustained in a high-speed accident while racing his iconic “Z-Unit” at an event in Eagle Pass, Texas. The news was confirmed by his heartbroken girlfriend, Courtney Paulshock, in a Facebook post.<\/p>\n

Cali Nate was a dominant force in the no-prep racing scene, feared and respected by competitors nationwide. He rose to fame through appearances on Street Outlaws, showcasing his skills behind the wheel of a big-tire Camaro. But it was his reign with the legendary “My Little Pony” Mustang that cemented his legacy as a small-tire racing legend.<\/p>\n

Beyond his impressive win record and substantial prize money, Cali Nate’s impact transcended the race track. He leveraged his street racing knowledge into a thriving business venture \u2013 Bullytuned became synonymous with top-notch performance tuning for car enthusiasts seeking to maximize their rides’ potential.<\/p>\n

Described as a larger-than-life personality, Cali Nate was known for his outspoken nature and unwavering generosity. Always willing to lend a helping hand, he was a friend to all, readily answering calls for help at any hour. His absence leaves a gaping hole in the racing community.<\/p>\n

Cali Nate is survived by his son Austin, daughter Michelle, and his girlfriend Courtney Paulshock. While details surrounding the crash are limited, Paulshock expressed her profound grief, remembering him as her soulmate.
