\"\"<\/a>SEMA announced the Top 4 Finalists in the 2023 Battle of the Builder’s competition sponsored by Mother’s Polish last night. They finalists are narrowed down from 40, to 12, to 4 which represent the class champions, and the final winner will be crowned on Friday after as part of the event that signals the end of the industry trade show and the\u00a0 beginning of\u00a0 SEMA Fest.\u00a0 The builds are divvied up into Hot Rod\/Hot Rod Truck; Sport Compact, Luxury & Exotics; 4-Wheel Drive and Off-Road; and Young Guns|29 and Under.<\/p>\n

\nThe “X-60,” a custom 1960 Buick Invicta built by Andy Leach at CAL Automotive Creations, and is powered by a 401 Nailhead motor, a crank-mounted Pro Charger and was built from scratch over nine years.<\/p>\n

\nThe custom build is powered by a Ford Performance 2.3L EcoBoost short-block, turbo and camshafts with a Tremec TKX five-speed transmission and a 2018 Mustang rear 8.8 differential with Wilwood 14-in. front and rear disc brakes.<\/p>\n

\nThis Jeep crosses OEM lines with a GM connect & Cruise drivetrain with a L96 6.0L crate motor paired to a 6L80E trans riding on a Art Morrison chassis. It keeps it’s vintage feel with a sweet gold and black exterior, custom rack and panoramic glass roof.<\/p>\n

\nPowered by a 350 small-block, the C10 was a true family affair. Spencer worked with his father, grandfather and brothers over the last four years to finish his vision which also features a Billet Specialties serpentine system, ididit steering column, Fast Fuel injection and U.S. Mag wheels.<\/p>\n
