Purple<\/p>\n<p>A number of custom cars were unveiled at this year&#8217;s SEMA show in Las Vegas, but for me, one car stood out from the rest: a 980 horsepower &#8217;66 Chevelle named &#8220;Recoil&#8221; built by Mike and Jim Ring of Ringbrothers.<\/p>\n<div Ringbrothers made its debut inside <a href=\"http:\/\/www.royalpurpleconsumer.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Royal Purple<\/a>&#8216;s booth to an enthusiastic crowd and a very happy owner; this was actually the first time the owner had seen the final product. These wheels don&#8217;t just look good, they pack plenty of rubber with 275\/35\/19 up front and 345\/30\/20 in the back.<\/p>\n<div hand-fabricated interior that looks like it came from a futuristic jet-fighter. Ringbrothers packed their signature design elements into a race-ready cockpit, where function and form take equal priority. \u00a0No word on how comfortable the seats are, but they sure look cool.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">The results are always fun when two performance-minded companies get together to create some road-going awesomeness.
