Details from seller:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The seller purchased the car in 2021 as a partially completed project that had already been refinished in white with blue stripes. Previous owner work has included installing a rebuilt 3.8-liter inline-six paired with a later rebuilt four-speed synchromesh manual transmission and a limited-slip 3.54:1 rear LS differential. Additional equipment includes a fiberglass bonnet, D-Type-style taillights, a welded roll cage, four-wheel disc brakes, a later XJ6 ported cylinder head, Isky camshafts, and three replacement Weber 45 DCOE carburetors and fuel cell. This XKE coupe is now offered as a non-running project in tribute to Briggs Cunningham\u2019s Lightweight E-Type that was campaigned at LeMans in 1963.
