The Holley NMRA Ford Nationals and Red Line Oil NMCA Muscle Car Nationals will return to legendary Rockingham Dragway April 13-16, 2023, for the NMRA\/NMCA All-Star Nationals.<\/p>\n

\u201cRockingham Dragway represents a new market for the NMRA\/NMCA All-Star Nationals and we\u2019re excited to build up the competitor and fan base in North Carolina with our return in 2023 and beyond,\u201d said Rollie Miller, National Event Director and General Manager at ProMedia Events & Publishing the parent company of Holley NMRA Ford Nationals and Red Line Oil NMCA Muscle Car Nationals. \u201cSteve Earwood of Rockingham Dragway announced significant improvements to the facility thanks to the North Carolina Motorsport Relief Fund. Our racers will be greeted with a new racing surface and timing system when we return in 2023.\u201d<\/p>\n

North Carolina lawmakers, led by Governor Roy Cooper, designed the Motorsport Relief Fund to help rural and urban motorsport facilities get back up to speed after the pandemic. Rockingham Dragway\u2019s racing course is receiving 700 feet of new concrete before it transitions into fresh asphalt for the remainder of the quarter-mile. In addition, a state-of-the-art Compulink scoring and timing system with infrared beams and fiber optic cables will be installed as part of the state relief program.<\/p>\n

The NMRA\/NMCA All-Star Nationals is one of the oldest events on the schedule and it brings both racing leagues together for a weekend of fast fun. It\u2018s the second stop on tour after both series kick-off their championship schedules at Bradenton Motorsports Park. Twenty-three championship categories will converge on the legendary Rockingham Dragway April 13-16, 2023, for four days of competition while off-track is a Manufacturer\u2019s Midway, UPR Products Show & Shine, and other special features. New for 2023 will be a Top of the Rock fan experience that will celebrate muscle cars and Mustangs.<\/p>\n
