One of the most promising female motorsports talents in the world Chloe Chambers, whose dream it has been to follow in the tire treads of her hero Jamie Chadwick, is being given the opportunity of a lifetime. This Guinness World Record holder, who recently starred in ‘America’s Got Talent: Extreme’ – will compete for the newly-formed Jenner Racing Team in 2022. Led by Team Principal Caitlyn Jenner – a former Olympic champion and former Republican candidate for Governor of California – and teammate Jamie Chadwick, the two-time defending W Series champion, Jenner Racing will field two cars/drivers in the series that will include Chambers as well as her mentor Chadwick.

“I am delighted to be able to confirm the Jenner Racing Team’s formidable driver line-up for the 2022 W Series season,” said Jenner. “As a two-time W Series champion, Jamie Chadwick needs no introduction, and she will be joined by Chloe Chambers – one of the most promising female racing talents in the world. In the short time we have already spent working together, I have been blown away by both drivers’ professionalism, skill, determination, and calmness under pressure. Jamie is the best possible benchmark for Chloe who I know will keep the defending champion on her toes throughout the season. With all those attributes, plus the support they will get from me and the rest of the Jenner Racing Team, they have every chance of achieving success this year.”

The series is entering its third season in 2022 with eight races scheduled in support of Formula One events, which will begin in June 2022. All the teams are equipped with identical cars like those used in Formula Three. The cars are prepared by the series and drivers like 17-year-old Chambers are not burdened with any expectations of bringing their own sponsorship or otherwise paying for their seats, as is common in other racing leagues.

“I’m all about empowering women and so many young people, young women growing up they don’t think of auto racing as an opportunity if they want to get into sports and the W Series is kind of that inspiration for them to say, ‘Wait a second, I can get into auto racing and there’s a place for me,” said Jenner.

“I am ready to seize this fantastic opportunity,” said Chambers. “Since the W Series first launched, it has been a focus of mine to participate in a W Series test and be selected. To achieve this and be getting ready to make my W Series debut for the Jenner Racing Team at Formula 1’s Miami Grand Prix in May, is super thrilling and an honor. It has been a whirlwind few months, the pre-season tests have gone well, the support I’ve had from everyone at W Series has been incredible. Jamie Chadwick sets a benchmark both in and outside of the car with her professional approach, and she is someone I’ve looked up to for a long time. Caitlyn Jenner is also one of the greatest athletes of all time, so I can’t think of two better people to work with and learn from at this stage in my career, so I am excited for what the future holds.”

Chambers will join four other drivers, including who will also make their W Series debuts this season Tereza Babickova (CZE, 18), Emely De Heus (NED, 19), Bianca Bustamante (PHI, 17), and Juju Noda (JPN, 16).

Following the mission of “if you can see it, you can be it”, the W Series aims to create a pathway for female racing drivers, encouraging more girls into junior karting and more sponsors to support female racing drivers as they progress into the upper tiers of motorsport. The more high-profile female role models it can create, the more W Series believes it will inspire young girls to go karting and racing.
