We open Day 3 with several perspectives on the future of the automobile, the auto industry, and auto journalism. All of these visions are positive, and while self-driving cars play quite a role, the future still looks fun.<\/p>\n

This final day of the show will focus on two of the specific aspects of the the fan experience – racing and car shows.\u00a0 Tune in at 12:30 p.m. EST for The Future of Racing<\/strong> with Clint Doll, <\/em>Co-Owner, DirtDraft.com<\/a>; Publisher, 1Motorsport.com<\/a> and Keith Haney, <\/em>Owner\/Operator, Tulsa Raceway<\/a>; Owner\/Operator, Midwest Drag Race Series<\/a> as they discuss the ways that racing and race spectating will look in the future, the technologies involved, and how community comes together to retain what they love.<\/p>\n

At 3:00 p.m., our roundtable on The Future (and the Present) of the Car Show\u00a0<\/strong>brings together John Buck<\/em>, Owner, Rod Shows; <\/a>Al Liebmann<\/em>, Internet Brands Auto Classifieds; Frantic Ford Funny Car; <\/a>Lance Miller<\/em>, Co-Owner, Carlisle Events; <\/a>Michael Garland<\/em>, Public Relations Manager, Carlisle Events;<\/a> and Rob O’Connor<\/em>, Owner, Right Coast Events<\/a> to talk about the past year of cancellations and rescheduling, how several of our guests figured out how to still hold safe events, and the optimism they all carry going into the next year and in the future. And of course, the importance of vehicle enthusiasts and how to encourage that enthusiasm in younger people.<\/p>\n

Of course, we will have our final Member Morning Coffee Talk with Ian Downey\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>at 10 a.m., so swing by and bug him.<\/p>\n

Our panels and coffee talk will all air on Facebook Live<\/a>, with the panels available on the site later.<\/p>\n

And of course, to close out the show, we will announce the finalists in each category of the Virtual Car Show<\/a><\/strong>, which we will open up to voting (extending the fun for another few days).<\/p>\n
