Bringing together women who represent multiple aspects of the race, performance and enthusiast audience was truly a dream. It’s one of the goals of a show like “No Shows No Problem” — engaging with your community, finding your people.\u00a0 The Women in Motorsports roundtable is a perfect example of that.<\/p>\n

From Spec\/Time-Trial racers, to business owners, off-road competitors, race team and race track owners, auto journalists, and show promoters, this panel was a chance for some of the most driven, dynamic women in the industry to get together, share the ways motorsports has captured them (like third generation drag racer and team owner Krista Baldwin, who wears so many hats we’ve stopped counting them. Particularly because she wears them ALL so well). Or Jeanette DesJardins who called us from her motorhome because once the pandemic hit, and the events she puts on were cancelled, she knew she had to get out there and figure out a way to work anyway. Cora Jokinen, owner of Torq-Masters and off-road enthusiast, also called form her RV, although this one was in motion as she headed to Jeep Jamboree in Moab.\u00a0 Tiffany Olson, owner of Sycamore Speedway, multi-tasked with talking to us about her dirt track while wrangling her teenagers.<\/p>\n

All of these women are masters of juggling — Mirabella Alfaro and Tracy Gaudu race and work full time at jobs outside of motorsports, and Cameron Aubernon and Anne Proffit are full-time motor journalists, which means constant hustle, travel, pitching and writing.<\/p>\n

What these women have in common is that drive, that love for the sport and the industry, and the ability to always figure out the next step, inspiring more women to get involved in the sport and the industry.\u00a0 Enjoy the discussion as they talk origins, influences, business, and the love of going fast.<\/p>\n
