Welcome to the RacingJunk Virtual Classic Truck Show.\u00a0 This show is a celebration of the traditional trucks, the classic pickups, the wacky El Caminos and Rancheros, and a few other fun surprises.<\/p>\n

Because this is a niche show, we’ve kept it small, but “what’s there is ‘cherce<\/em>‘” to quote a classic movie (Pat & Mike,<\/strong> 1952, Spencer Tracey and Katharine Hepburn but I digress).\u00a0 \u00a0We are so delighted to share these trucks with our viewers, and want to extend a huge and hearty thank you to all of the participants in the galleries who are competing for Best in Show and of course, to the the amazing builders who shared some of their exquisite work with us.<\/p>\n

While we’re not accepting new submissions for Best in Show<\/strong> this morning, we do want this to be a fun and active event this morning, so we want to encourage you to share your ride on Facebook or Instagram with the hashtag #rjtruckshow.<\/strong> The feed will appear in the Instagram Gallery and there might be some door prizes for posters. (Kidding, there are totally going to be door prizes).<\/p>\n

And as another fun addition, we’re asking fans on Facebook to “Sound Their Engines” — take a 10 second clip of your engine revving up, burning out, or hitting the round and post it to the Facebook post that goes live at 10: a.m. EST.<\/p>\n
