There also was damage in the campground and debris was scattered throughout the facility. Several vehicles on-site were toppled, including some campers that had arrived for the weekend.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/fkaFPZfm14I\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>There were also several injuries reported at the RV park located nearby, but no fatalities. This storm also forced officials to make the very difficult decision to reschedule this weekend\u2019s \u201cCrown Jewel of Dirt Late Model\u201d races \u2013 the Show Me 100, presented by ProtectTheHarvest.com \u2013 to be postponed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur first thoughts are for the people of the Wheatland community and the area and we are thankful that there were no fatalities,&#8221; said Lucas Oil Director of Racing Operations Dan Robinson in an official statement. \u201cOur thoughts and prayers go out to all who were affected.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Despite the extensive damage, fans and local residents are pitching in on the cleanup and we hope to see racing resume at this track very soon.
