This year\u2019s winner took home the $10,000 prize and is now memorialized on the over 9 foot tall trophy. This is the first AMBR win for both the owner and builder. The \u201c3-Penny Roadster\u201d stood out in the competition due to its mix of excellent craftsmanship, understated styling and body modifications and tailor-made warm gray PPG paint.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGeorge Poteet\u2019s 1936 Ford is a truly world-class hot rod and one of the most unique cards we\u2019ve seen in years,\u201d said John Buck, owner of Rod Shows and producer of the Grand National Roadster Show. \u201c1936 Fords are a rare sight in AMBR competition, and our judges loved the car\u2019s blend of traditional and modern styling cues.
