My dad and I made the agreement that if I wanted to learn to drive before I was 16, then I had to learn on a manual \\u0026#8211; that skill has come in handy more times than I can count!\\n\\n\\nTONYA KAY:  What is your career and what is your passion?\\n\\nSHANNON:  I\\u2019ve wanted to be an actor since I saw \\u2018Jurassic Park\\u2019 when I was eight.  Today I\\u2019m an actor and writer in Los Angeles.  I love telling stories, especially feel-good ones that inspire and educate about the human experience.\\n\\n\\nTONYA KAY:  How long have you been vegan and what is your favorite vegan comfort food?\\n\\nSHANNON:  I have been vegan for 8 years.  Choosing a favorite comfort food seems impossible because there are soooooo many delicious options, but the Buffalo Tenders from Veggie Grill drive me wild!\\n\\n\\nTONYA KAY:  You have extensive modeling experience \\u0026#8211; what do you enjoy about modeling with classic cars?\\n\\nSHANNON:  Classic cars are so iconic.  To me, they\\u2019re reminiscent of the open road, easy riding with the windows down.
