Of these, ProCharger came away with the Best New Performance-Racing Product of 2018 with their ProCharger CrankDrive\u2122Supercharger Gear Drive. Both runner-up positions went to QA1 for their MOD Series Shock and Carbon Fiber Sway Bar. This unit is designed for most drag racing applications with engines making up to 3,000 horsepower. The design allows for the attachment of various accessories and easy gear ratio changes between passes. These are the first shocks on the market that can be revalved while on the car, turning a job that normally takes up to an hour into one that can be done in minutes. QA1 winds these carbon fiber sway bars at their Minnesota factory using 3M\u2122 Matrix Resin. Carbon fiber makes them both stronger than steel or aluminum and up to seven pounds lighter than traditional bars. The patented construction method gives the bar the strength of a 1 3\/8 inch chromoly bar at half the weight. However, they\u2019re built with a reduced travel internal piston, giving them superior stiffness, and thus more lift than stock lifters. Responsiveness is also increased thanks to the shorter travel. These plugs have a 1.5 mm center conductor made of silver. Brisk Racing says they \u201chave a better ignitability than conventional performance spark plugs, and offer better performance and reliability in high boost, nitrous or high compression applications.
