As a child, she practiced yoga and ballet, which helped her foundation for all she does today.\\n\\n\\u201cI find it fascinating how the body stretches and builds muscle through repeated motions,\\u201d says Candace.\\n\\nWhile some cross training helps other areas of practice, some exercises can contradict her other practices. For instance, when she weight-trained in the gym for a bikini fitness competition, she lost flexibility.
