Nearly 200 truckloads <span class=\"il\">of\u00a0<\/span>Illinois River bottom clay, known as &#8220;adrian muck&#8221; will be distributed over a base coat <span class=\"il\">of<\/span> decomposed deciduous chips. Stockpiling <span class=\"il\">of<\/span> the material at the track began last week, leaving the material in close proximity. Track constructors, led by Gary Risch and Larry Fink, will lay and compact the material to prepare the track. Wall heights on the front and back straights will be raised using concrete gravity blocks. Once the track is laid, it will be prepared as any other dirt track by compacting, tilling and adding water. The dirt will be removed immediately after the event and stockpiled.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The two day event will be held on Wednesday June 29 featuring the World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series, the \u201cGreatest Show on Dirt\u201d and Thursday June 30 featuring the World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series, where every night is a shootout. Each Feature event will feature a $10,000 to win purse with close to $150,000 in purse money distributed.
