(Photo by Rainier Ehrhardt\/NASCAR via Getty Images)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>Photos<\/strong>: Courtesy of NASCAR<\/p>\n<h3>American Ethanol E15 250, Iowa Speedway, NASCAR Xfinity Series<\/h3>\n<p>Last Monday, Sam Hornish got the call from Joe Gibbs Racing to be in Iowa on Friday and quickly made all the necessary schedule changes to go from teaching in the local schools to teaching the NASCAR Xfinity field how to get around the Iowa Speedway dominating the American Ethanol E15 250 after leading for 183 circuits.<\/p>\n<p>Playing the role of \u2018SuperSub\u2019 for an injured Matt Tifft played right his way earning his fourth career Xfinity win and second at Iowa.\u00a0 He hadn\u2019t raced since Homestead last year, but on this Father\u2019s Day, the emotional Hornish was able to impress his three biggest fans, his children-seeing dad win for the first time in person.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGot my wife and kids here, it\u2019s the first time the kids got to be here for one of dad\u2019s wins,&#8221; said a teary-eyed Hornish.\u00a0 &#8220;I can\u2019t tell you what this means to me.
