was a little bit of mass confusion actually,\u201d said a smiling Logano.\u00a0 \u201cI&#8217;m not sure what we were supposed to do.\u00a0 I didn&#8217;t hear anything, so I said, \u2018I guess I&#8217;m staying out\u2019. \u00a0I think it was a little bit of a surprise, but it worked out to where it needed to be.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe had four tires on our car from the pit stop before, which put us back to sixth or seventh.\u00a0 When everyone pitted and put lefts or rights back on, we were on fairly equal tires, but we had our track position back, up there in the lead.\u00a0 I think the way we called the race was the right strategy, for sure.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The win for Team Penske gives Ford their first win of the Sprint Cup season and gets Keselowski in the Chase for the Championship joining Denny Hamlin and Jimmie Johnson as the only winners so far in 2016.<\/p>\n<p>The top five finishing the race were Keselowski, Logano, Jimmie Johnson, Kyle Busch, and Austin Dillon.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout the afternoon, very strong wind gusts of up to 43 mph battered the Las Vegas Motor Speedway relentlessly up to the point where eventually a dust storm arose permeating through the track leaving everything coated by sand, wind pitted, and gritty reducing visibility greatly.\u00a0 Even the start of the race was delayed by 24 minutes from scattered showers brought on by the constant changing winds and weather conditions.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.racingjunk.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/LVMS_NSCS_Johnson_Pack_0305163.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" day, the average speed of the Kobalt 400 was 138.170 after being slowed down by\u00a0six caution flags for 36 laps.\u00a0 There were 20 lead changes among 10 drivers with Jimmie Johnson leading the
