WELD has introduced a new product that will keep them leading the wheel market, The Full Throttle Drag Frontrunner. WELD will offer this new front wheel for the drag racing market in both a spindle mount and lug mount version. In addition, it is available in both polished or black finish with machined accents.<\/p>\n

“Full Throttle is among the lightest wheel offerings we have available,” said Vice President of Marketing, Chris Bovis. “Full Throttle represents WELD’s modern, cutting-edge take on a classic wheel design.”<\/p>\n

Both the spindle mount and lug mountings are a fully-forged one-piece design and are available in a 15×3.5-inch diameter as well as a 17×4.5-inch design in the lug mount version.<\/p>\n

WELD has not come out with a corresponding rear wheel because the company’s V Series wheel is a near perfect match, says Bovis. WELD manufactures the highest quality forged race wheels for dirt, oval, and drag racing, along with wheels for performance street cars and trucks.
