Swindell suffered back injuries as a result of a crash at Knoxville Raceway. \u00a0Swindell broke several vertebrae and was rendered paralyzed below the waist, but has worked hard to regain some mobility in the short months since. \u00a0He has already regained some feeling in his legs and is in Louisville undergoing daily therapy with the support of his family and his fiancee,
