Here are the rules: Dodge owners or lessees have until September 21st to upload a video to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/dodge?fref=ts\">Dodge&#8217;s Facebook page <\/a>that introduces their car and explains why their garage deserves an upgrade. The must be under 60 seconds, so hopefully that&#8217;s just enough time your big pitch.<\/p>\n<p>After the submission period has ended, the final 5 contestants will be selected. Voting will open up on October 7th where the people will decide who&#8217;s garage gets a makeover worth up to $20,000-and four finalists will receive one of Contour Cabinet Ltd&#8217;s Hi-Kab Kompact storage units.\u00a0 Dodge&#8217;s official line is that &#8220;creativity and originality, quality of submission and fit within the contest theme&#8221; will be the deciding factors.
