The Petersen Automotive Museum has partnered with famed California track, Willow Springs International Raceway, to blend motorsports heritage with modern innovation. The collaboration comes as Willow Springs enters a new era under the ownership of CrossHarbor Capital Partners and Singer Vehicle Design, with support from Sonoma Raceway on operations and renowned racer Alex Wurz advising on track improvements.

The heart of this partnership will be The Petersen Pavilion, a dedicated space at Willow Springs that promises to celebrate the storied history of one of America’s oldest permanent road courses. The Pavilion will feature museum-quality exhibits, interactive storytelling displays, and rare historic vehicles that highlight the legacy of racing at the iconic facility.

In addition to preserving the track’s rich past, this initiative is designed to enhance the experience for drivers and fans alike. Planned upgrades include new safety measures, refreshed facilities, and design enhancements — all while maintaining public access for grassroots racers, track day enthusiasts, and major event organizers.

Singer Vehicle Design, famous for taking Porsche 911s and turning them into works of art, is also developing a private members’ club that will offer exclusive experiences for select clients, adding a touch of exclusivity to the revitalized venue.

As Willow Springs moves forward, this partnership underscores a shared commitment to honoring motorsports history while creating new opportunities for racers and fans. Stay tuned as plans for The Petersen Pavilion unfold.

The Petersen Automotive Museum is no stranger to fun collabs, and this time is no different.

{"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false
[3470,8393
12185,12183,12184,12188,324,12189,12186,12182,12187,659
post-101488","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-news","category-press-releases","tag-california-race-tracks","tag-crossharbor-capital-partners","tag-historic-racetracks","tag-motorsports-heritage","tag-petersen-automotive-museum","tag-racing-museum-collaboration","tag-road-course-events","tag-singer-vehicle-design","tag-track-day-venue","tag-willow-springs-raceway
["GET
