1951 Henry J Gasser Drag Race Car. Northern California single owner since 1968 . Original sheet metal body, full roll cage, three piece fiberglass frontend. Front Drop axle, 1957 Oldsmobile rear end with 5.11 gears with ladder bars. Small block Chevrolet 327 four bolt main, 30 over with 12.5:1 Arias pistons and Trickflow aluminum heads with 202 and 160 with triple valve springs. Shift point of 9,500 RPM with a big solid roller cam. Turbo 400 transmission with a reverse shift pattern, trans brake and converter with 5,000 RPM stall. 150 shot of Nitrous via a cheater plate under the 4 barrel Performer carb. Fastest pass is 9.52 sec 1/4 mile.
