This C6 Z06 is a zero-hour, no-compromise race build executed to an exceptionally high standard with meticulous attention to materials, detail, and system integration. What began as a Carbon Edition donor evolved into a fully re-engineered platform where nearly every component, surface, and system was replaced or purpose-built with premium motorsport hardware.
Carbon fiber is used extensively throughout the exterior and interior, not as trim but as structure. Wiring, plumbing, cooling, drivetrain, electronics, and safety systems were laid out with precision, cleanliness, and serviceability as core requirements. Nothing was treated as provisional or left to be “sorted later.”
The car is equipped with a Sadev sequential transmission paired with Porsche Cup–spec Megaline paddle shift, full MoTeC electronics, Bosch motorsport ABS, air jacks, comprehensive cooling, and true equal-length headers with an 8-to-1 collector. Component selection prioritized reliability, durability, and repeatable performance over shortcuts or peak numbers.
Key aspects of the build were executed by established motorsport specialists including Louis Gigliotti Racing, GSpeed, TC Design, DeSold Design, and Logan Palmer Racing. Final assembly, calibration, and validation were completed by Louis Gigliotti Racing, whose experience with the C6 platform is evident throughout the car.
This is not a refreshed or iterative race car. It is a clean-sheet execution intended to stand apart from anything else currently available in the C6 market.
