Nancy Fallon, Arkville, NY-1978 Pontiac Trans Am

Pontiac 400 engine. Automatic transmission. Purchased in 2019 with just over 53,000 original miles from the second owner who had owned it since 1980 .  Numbers matching.  The car came out of the factory solar gold and was repainted maroon around 1985-ish.  When you are 25 years old and your mother says she'll pay for a new paint job on the condition it matches her 1981 Turbo Trans Am, you kinda go with it. LOL.  Upon cleaning out the car prior to my picking it up, a theater ticket was found dated 1981.  Bad news for the previous owner because his wife, who was his girlfriend at that time, doesn't recall ever going to that particular theater.

Ronnie Haislip, Nolensville, TN- 1969 Ford Mustang Mach I

427 small block engine. C6 transmission. I've had this car tucked away in my garage for a while.  About 7-8 years ago I was seriously thinking of buying a new Cobra, I'm now 64 and have never purchased a new car (I'm a car dealer) I was so close but then found out that the body was going to be massed produced and I was thinking after a year or two it wouldn't be anything that special.  I thought to myself what I would like to have in a new car.  The answer was a 69 Mach I and that is what I did.  I could have purchased two Shelby Cobras for what the Mach I cost but I got what I wanted.  The car is pretty much stock looking with the supercharger just barely fitting under the hood.  We've had a lot of issues after some engine modifications, the Paxton S/C, Holley EFI system, and a broken transmission.  Anyway, before all the work it ran 11.13 in the 1/4 before the S/C.  After finding a band broken on the transmission, we were able to get some boost where as before, we could only get between 4-5 lbs.  Now we're at 15.  I have the Mickey Thompson drag radials on it and before I had no problems hooking up (trans slipping and I didn't know it) Now it's like I'm in water, even in 2nd gear it would break loose.  That's where I'm at with the car.  I have no idea what it will run if I could get it to hook.

589ci Mopar World Mega-block Engine. Built 727 transmission. Car has been a race car most of its life. Was a Mopar "race on Sunday, sell on Monday" car. Lived most of its life in Az. and raced by Lyle Heck all over the west in the '80's and '90's. Lyle painted it in S & M colours in the early '90's. I've owned it since 2015 and run it in our N/SS class, mainly at Santa Pod. Had a 440/727/8 3/4 in it until this year. Car now has a 589 mega-block/built 727/Dana 60. I use it on the street on nice days and drive it five miles to the track, change the wheels and run 10.30's @ 130 mph through a full exhaust to the bumper. It's my "forever" car. Hope you like it. Regards, John

David Elliott, Huntsville, Alabama- 1951 Ford Merc

390 FE engine. C6 transmission. In true hot-rodding tradition, all original steel body, 2.5” removed from the roofline, a original '57 Buick front grille reworked to incorporate a ‘49 Mercury hood and fenders. Underneath that grille, three bumpers were used in the creation of the smoothed front bumper. Frenched '53 Skylark headlights, Lincoln Zephyr push-button door openers replace the factory handles completing the shaved look. A new firewall, inner fenders, floor, rockers and rear quarters. New tinted glass, rubber and window felt. Decorative side pipes, the sloping trunk lid with a hand-painted white pinstripe, a pair of '56 Packard tail lights, and the rear bumper were chopped approximately two inches on both sides.
This sled is Ford-powered with a rebuilt 390cid V8. Under the dual scoop chrome air cleaner, a Demon 625 carburetor. A powder coated silver intake cast iron heads with chrome Mercury valve covers. Billet wire looms, MSD spark plug wires. Powder coated water pump, chrome alternator, polished Sanden air conditioning compressor and fan all reside behind the five-core aluminum Griffin radiator. Cast iron exhaust manifolds and a true-dual exhaust system. Backed with a rebuilt C6 with braided steel lines and a 24” finned aluminum cooler. Ford 9-inch rear housing 3.50 gears, double A-arms with AirRide on the front and rear. Rack and pinion with power front disc brakes and rear drums, under dash Wildwood master-cylinder.

Chassis coated in durable Rhino Liner. At the corners, chrome steel wheels are topped with hubcaps from a 1950s Cadillac and wrapped in Coker wide white wall tires.
White interior, a set of custom chrome door sill plates, and fresh black carpet. Restored 1964 Ford Galaxie bucket seats and center console wrapped in chalk white Naugahyde. The rear window tray was extended approximately five inches. The 1961 Cadillac steering wheel sits atop a chrome tilt steering column. The original dash houses Dakota Digital gauges including controls for the under-dash air conditioning system. The body was shot with an even coat of gloss black to give it that mirror like reflection.

Bill O'Brien - 1963 Chevrolet Corvette Coupe

It's a 1963 Chevrolet Corvette Coupe. This is the first model year they called it the Sting Ray (2 words) and the only year of the split rear window.
This particular car is powered by a 327 cu in 340 hp V8 with a manual 4 speed transmission. This is the original color (called silver blue by GM) which was quite rare. The interior is dark blue.
This was a frame-off restoration performed by myself with some help from some very skilled friends and finished this past summer. I have a ton of pics during the restoration if you want any or Ist send you the link to the Google site for all of them.
