Lucas Oil MLRA Races into World of Technology in New Year

Technology has continually changed the face of sports as a whole, and it is now changing the face of the dirt racing world. Thanks to the MyRacePass (MRP app) race management system drivers, fans and even track promoters with the Lucas Oil Midwest Late Model Racing Association (MLRA) will have access to LIVE timing and scoring, driver and track information, the latest racing news and so much more in the new year.

Founded over 10 years ago by two technology experts as well as a former track promoter and driver, what some may consider the ultimate racing resource is now a free-to-download app, from the App Store or Google Play. This easy-to-use app will provide MLRA dirt late model fans with access to information about nearby tracks, event schedules, easy to purchase tickets and apparel, driver stats and info as well as the latest series news.

Those who pony up for “MRP Live” or “MPR Insider” for up to $35 per year will have access to live timing and scoring along with driver lap times, direct access to current driver placement, the ability to monitor the cut-off line in qualifying races to find who is and is not in the big show, as well as detailed points breakdowns and more.

While the creators of this app hope to replace social media apps like Facebook and Twitter for fans who hope to have the latest information about each race, there is one thing missing – the opportunity to share this information with all of your online friends. So, if you are trying to use this app as what the developers hope to be the “social network of motorsports,” you may not want to give up Instagram or any of the above anytime soon.

MRP Race Management systems are currently being utilized by 550+ organizations around the globe and the 2020 Lucas Oil MLRA MRP campaign, which will kick-off on April 9th – 11th with the 7th Annual Spring Nationals at the Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland, MO. The full upcoming season will eventually see a transition to a traditional time-trial qualifying format, which fans can now track from start to finish with the MRP App, following this race.
