Let’s learn more about the high-octane adventures of Sierra: TONYA KAY: You’ve been a garage girl for years. Tell us about your history and work on automobiles. SIERRA SCOTT: I have been in this industry for about 10 going on 11 years now! I have built custom vehicles for SEMA, worked the Bonneville Flat races for the land speed records for the SCTA (Southern California Timing Association) and worked as a Mopar technician for a few years. TONYA KAY: If there were no obstacles, what ride would you own tomorrow? SIERRA SCOTT: Toughest question! Aston Martin DBR1. TONYA KAY: You are training in a new career. What is that and what inspired you? SIERRA SCOTT: I am currently training for the fire department. I want to help people! I desire to be in a high adrenaline fast-paced job that is constantly testing my physical and emotional limits. I love hearing the "you can't" or "you're not strong enough," and then proving them wrong. TONYA KAY: What advice do you have to other women with goals to work in typically male-dominated fields? SIERRA SCOTT: Discrimination is very alive and well, and as unfortunate as that may be, stay strong because you can do it! Get all the exposure you can even if you think it might be irrelevant to your goals. TONYA KAY: What’s next in Sierra’s adventurous world? SIERRA SCOTT: Getting my class B to drive that truck!

TONYA KAY: You’ve been a garage girl for years. Tell us about your history and work on automobiles.
